shipping & returns

All items are shipped via the US Postal Service. Please allow 1-2 weeks order. According to the US Postal Service, standard mail takes up to 7 days from when they are shipped; however, delays can and will occur so please be patient. We currently do not ship internationally with Canada being the only exception. If you order from outside the US, we reserve the option to refund your order. We do however off world wide shipping for the newest album, The Ashling, by choosing a vendor at theashling.com.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged due to mishandling by the US Postal Service.
